In a colorful space adjacent to where Rowan-Salisbury teachers receive regular PD training, the district allows teachers to tinker and test new products. All products in the space have been tested and approved by the district’s IT department, and new products are cycled through regularly to keep the experience fresh and exciting. By creating a space within the environment where teachers work, the Playground provides a unique opportunity for teachers to decide what types of technology will best support their instructional goals.
