Large school districts in Maryland, Nebraska, and Georgia have chosen applicant tracking and hiring software from SchoolRecruiter.

The Web-based management software solution for K-12 districts, developed by Netchemia LLC, provides districts of any size an affordable, integrated system where administrators and staff can manage all applicant tracking through screening, interviewing, and hiring. SchoolRecruiter is the alternative to paper processes, a collage of spreadsheets, and cumbersome HRMS modules in K-12 school districts.

SchoolRecruiter was built with the understanding that each district has specific challenges that it must address to meet with reduced personnel and within budget constraints. New district clients include Frederick County (MD) Public Schools, which educates more than 40,000 students at 63 sites; Lincoln (NE) Public Schools, with 34,000 students in 62 schools; and Richmond County (GA) School System, which has 32,000 students at 60 schools.
