Summer is the time for adventure. Even if you can’t get out of town, here’s a chance to take a virtual trip to Slovenia. Visit the Slovenian Museum of Natural History, a museum founded in 1821. Stroll through the exhibits to look at the rudists of Slovenia, an unusual type of mollusk, calcite crystals, and find out why we fear snakes. See the favorite objects of the museum staff and read about one of the most complete mammoths in Europe. There is also a display of an alpine garden.
