Class Tech Tips: Edusight: New Standards Based Classroom

Edusight is a standards-based portfolio to help teachers document student learning with grades, notes, photos, and audio/video comments. The new standards based classroom environment on Edusight allows you to quickly and easily track mastery across any set of standards for your students. You can choose any set of standards you want to work with for your class – including Common Core, Next Gen Science, and state-specific standards. Teachers can even use the Edusight Notes for iOS app to document photos, notes, audio, and video of your students’ work, and tag it to specific standards. The result is a comprehensive portfolio for each student, showing which standards they’ve mastered, and which standards they still have to work on. Edusight has been working with thousands of K-12 teachers across North America over the past year to develop simple assessment tools.
