Today's Newsletter: How to Save Public Education With Coding

Educators had another fantastic experience touring another innovative school last week in Arizona during Tech&Learning’s latest Leadership Summit. Teachers and students at the Phoenix Coding Academy hosted more than 50 district leaders from across the country to discuss its radical curriculum and innovative relationship with the greater district. Attendees then went back and brainstormed how these ideas would be able to work in their own schools. Other topics included the relationship between curriculum and IT departments, the importance of digital citizenship as a school culture, and how to track the ROI of tech investment. For a quick recap, got to #tltechlive for session summaries and highlights. More in depth resources will be coming to techlearning.com forthwith. Looking forward to next years events! —Kevin Hogan, Content Director
