New Supplemental Science Program Debuts

Today at the 2014 National Science Teachers Association Conference (NSTA), CPO Science, a brand within School Specialty Science and part of School Specialty, Inc. , announced the debut of its CPO Science Link Series. Advance copies of the Teacher’s Guide of the forthcoming title, “Energy Car,” are now available exclusively at NSTA.

Four components in CPO Science Link combine or “link” together:

·Investigations and Teacher’s Guide: Investigations are supported by in-depth teacher resources 

·Hands-on Equipment: Investigations are facilitated on equipment that sets up in two minutes or less and is calibrated to professional standards. 

·Online Multimedia Content: Students and teachers can access the investigation material and bonus online multimedia anytime, anywhere through a perpetual license. 

·Tablet-enabled Learning: Students in 1:1 classrooms have the opportunity to explore tablet-based collaborative interactions such as communal word clouds, photo and video responses, gated polls and questions and much more.
