There’s a new spec to check off your list as you shop for projectors: color light output.

There’s a new spec to check off your list as you shop for projectors: color light output. The theory behind this additional projector specification is that while projectors measure light output, resolution, and contrast ratio, there hasn’t been a specific measurement for the projector’s ability to reproduce color. Enter color light output, which uses the same approach as white light output (brightness) but provides the buyer with additional information about color.
