Brief Description of the Site:
Brooklawn Middle School is located in Parsippany, NJ and has an enrollment of approximately 900 students in grades six through eight. The Web site provides limited general information of interest to adults such as a master calendar and supply lists, but the primary purpose is for student use.
How to use the site:
The Student Activities area provides in-depth information about student council, special events, student services, extra-curricular activities, and more. The Media Center offers links for students to use while conducting research and writing papers. Students use the Curriculum Projects link to access a variety of online projects created by their teachers for a wide range of content areas. Many of these projects are good models for middle school teachers who are looking for ideas for their own classrooms.
