Dickens "the man who invented Christmas"
Perhaps we didn't realize that we owe many of our Christmas celebration rites to Charles Dickens. The author of this site gives us an excellent account of each Christmas tradition as it appeared in the much beloved "A Christmas Carol." This report also describes many other traditions and images that came from those Victorian days that have stayed in our hearts.
