Simply copy and paste the Google Spreadsheet on your Google Drive. Then, you can drop dates, texts and links to media in the appropriate columns. You can pull media from a variety of resources such as Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Vimeo, Vine, Dailymotion, Google Maps, Wikipedia, SoundCloud, Document Cloud and more! Then, you only publish to web and get your link or your embed code to use it!

It’s quick and very easy to use. Students can create their own timelines talking about important events in their lives, they can create timelines for the characters in a story or they can create a timeline for someone famous or for a country. Hit the link to try it today!
