Juxtapose – A Tool for Storytellers

Juxtapose – A Tool for Storytellers

JuxtaposeJS is a cool tool that lets you compare two pieces of similar media such as photos or gifs.

It’s free and pretty easy to use and it works on all devices. You choose two pictures to compare and paste the links of these photos. Then you will be able to see your pictures with the help of a slider. You can share your animated slider with a link or en embed code.

It’s great for comparing and contrast; highlighting then/now stories that explain slow changes over time (growth of a city skyline, regrowth of a forest, etc.) or before/after stories that show the impact of single dramatic events (natural disasters, protests, wars, etc.).

Enjoy!
