Students are invited to submit ideas for a “sustainable classroom of the future”—an energy-efficient and sustainable environment that will help educators teach students about sustainable living. Students will also be asked how they can take their “sustainable living” message to a broader community. Submissions may be in any format that can be uploaded to a website, such as video, digital presentations and written entries.

Deadline: Submissions will be accepted from April 22 through September 25, 2009. The Grand Prize winner will be announced at the Greenbuild International Conference (Phoenix, AZ) and Expo in November 2009.
