Neuroscience Basics through Puzzles and Dance

1/20/2014 4:00:00 PM
This lesson plan that teaches about neurons and neurotransmission gets students moving, putting together a giant neutron puzzle, playing telephone to explain neurotransmission, and having a dance party to show transmitters and receptors work. The instructions for carrying out each step of the lesson are clear. Show your students that understanding neuroscience can be accessible, and even fun.
