7/8/2013 12:01:00 AM
The North Central Regional Educational Laboratory, which is now known as the Midwest Regional Laboratory, offers lots of strategies to use in the classroom to promote literacy. This simple, but effective anticipation/reaction guide is used to assess what a class’s prior knowledge is before beginning a lesson. Use it after the lesson to see what the class has learned. It is easily adapted to any subject area and is a valuable tool for all grades.
