SXSWedu, CoSN and SITE conferences have teamed up for their first joint teleconference uniting all three education-based communities on Tuesday, March 6, 2012. The session, “On The Horizon: Harnessing Emerging Technologies in Education,” features Larry Johnson, CEO of New Media Consortium.

“On the Horizon,” with the help of LifeSize Video Conference, will link technology leaders, innovative educators, along with cutting-edge education professionals, business, industry and policy leaders live and online at the CoSN Annual Conference in Washington, DC, and with SITE and SXSWedu, which will take place in Austin, TX.

Each conference will additionally have respected thought-leaders on hand to discuss the Horizon Reports’ trend lines.
Q&A from each conference will further drive interaction between the three conferences.
