The fall 2014-2015 school year will mark the opening of the first private school model of BASIS Independent in Silicon Valley and Brooklyn, and the use of BASIS.tablet.
BASIS.tablet's content will be wholly at the teacher's discretion and allow for students to have guided access to organizational tools and information such as classroom related applications, content assignment, syllabi and assessments. It can be used for quick student assessment and provides e-assignment distribution, collection, markups and re-distribution.
