Lenovo (opens in new tab)(HKSE: 992) (ADR: LNVGY) today announced at the Florida Education Technology Conference (FETC) the latest ThinkPad 11e series available as a traditional laptop or Lenovo’s YOGA multimode form with its four modes – Laptop, Stand, Tent and Tablet.
Designed to address the needs of school administrators, educators and students in K-12 classrooms, the ThinkPad 11e series with Windows provides a ruggedized build paired with upgraded technical specifications such as a more efficient fan blade and latest generation processors and an optional ActivePen, which mimics a user’s handwriting on paper.
The updated ThinkPad YOGA 11e and ThinkPad 11e offer up to 5th Generation Intel® Core™ processors made for thin and lightweight devices. ThinkPad 11e will also be offered with AMD processors. At under an inch thin and starting at 3.3 pounds, the ThinkPad 11e series is inyended for on-the-go use from classroom to classroom and provides fast boot up times.
Pricing and Availability
The ThinkPad 11e series of devices will be available starting in April from Lenovo business partners and on www.lenovo.com (opens in new tab). Pricing for the ThinkPad 11e and ThinkPad YOGA 11e models will start from $549 and $699, respectively.
