Name:Kids.Com

Brief Description of the Site:
KidsCom has kids games, chat rooms for kids, video game cheats and other child activities. Games are on school subjects. The KidsCom staff monitors the chat rooms. Geared towards fun for kids, the site nonetheless offers creation of kids' home pages (using graphics, not photos), epals (requiring parental permission, but the stringency of this requirement makes it worth closer scrutiny), writing tools, card makers, and a variety of templates.

How to use the site:
The links are self-explanatory but the content is geared to entertainment. While games are geared towards education content, this is primarily a "fun" site for elementary and middle school children. The "Create" section of the site might prove most entertaining because it is the most interactive.
