Backupify today launched FreeSpace, a free Gmail storage management tool that actively monitors and manages the storage space available in Google Apps Gmail accounts.
FreeSpace addresses the challenge users face today when reaching the 25-gigabyte maximum storage capacity on their Gmail accounts and offers the following features for both Google Apps users and administrators:
- For Google Apps administrators, FreeSpace provides complete visibility of their users’ Gmail usage, and allows administrators to alert users when they run low on storage space
- For Google Apps Gmail users, FreeSpace identifies large attachments so that the users can choose what to delete or securely offload
- FreeSpace leaves conversations intact no matter whether the user deletes, downloads or ignores the attachment.
Google Apps users interested in trying FreeSpace can visit www.freespaceapp.com to sign up for free.
